In this role, you will oversee all day to day operations in the Food & Nutrition Services Department at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, located in Center City Philadelphia. Responsible for meeting operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs as well as managing regulatory compliance and driving patient satisfaction scores. Position manages the patient feeding, retail and catering operations while ensuring quality food and service in a safe and sanitary environment. Our General Managers are capable operations managers who lead a team to provide excellent service to our clients. With knowledge of the client’s business, positive relationship building skills, financial savvy, and a focus on safety, our team makes a difference every day.
