GM - InvisibleShield On Demand

ZAGGBoston, MA
Hybrid

About The Position

ZAGG is growing, and we are looking for an exceptional business leader to own and scale InvisibleShield On Demand (ISOD). This is a business leader first, product leader always role: you own the category, set the strategic direction for the unit, and lead the ISOD product team while collaborating closely with partners across the company. ISOD competes in a fast-moving space, with the densest activity concentrated in Europe. You will operate credibly at the executive level, make commercially astute decisions, and translate strategic priorities into a clear, actionable product roadmap your team can deliver. You bring deep international experience and a sharp understanding of how markets, cultures, business practices, customer expectations, and regulatory environments differ, and you know how to turn those differences into commercial advantage and new opportunity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in product or category management, including at least 2 years working across EMEA.
  • Strong command of P&L management, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Experience working across product, operations, supply chain, technology, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience operating across multiple countries and international markets, with a practical understanding of differences in local cultures, business practices, customer expectations, regulatory environments, and market dynamics.
  • A proven business and GM leader with clear ownership of a category and its unit economics and a track record of delivered growth, ideally in consumer hardware, accessories, retail technology, or a comparable consumer goods business.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a product team directly: set the roadmap and drive daily execution, not just set strategy from a distance.
  • Strong commercial instincts: a demonstrated grasp of pricing, channel and partner needs, and go-to-market, ideally with international or European market experience.
  • Comfort operating across the full product stack (hardware, consumables, and software) and making integrated decisions across all three.
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
  • Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and the pace to win in a competitive market.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience in the cut-on-demand or device-accessory category.
  • An established network in the relevant retail and manufacturing ecosystems, particularly in Europe.
  • A background bridging commercial and product or engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own ISOD category economics: grow units sold per store, expand product margins, and reduce the cost structure of the category.
  • Set and execute the strategy for ISOD across hardware, consumables, software, and the retail and partner ecosystem.
  • Accelerate commercial performance: set pricing, shape channel and partner strategy, and drive go-to-market, with a focus on Europe and the broader international footprint.
  • Represent ISOD to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders; make and defend the trade-offs that move the business.
  • Track the competitive landscape, from branded systems to OEM ecosystems, and position ZAGG to win.
  • Define the product strategy, own the roadmap end to end, and connect both directly to the business goals above.
  • Drive product decisions across the full ISOD stack: cutting hardware, film and consumables, and the software and store experience that ties it all together.
  • Lead the ISOD product team day to day: set priorities, remove blockers, and drive execution.
  • Develop your people through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and ongoing development.
  • Balance near-term delivery against the longer-term platform direction.
  • Partner with Operations and Supply Chain across our global locations to keep hardware, consumables, and fulfillment aligned with demand.
  • Build the operating rhythm, metrics, and reporting that keep the unit accountable and clearly legible to leadership.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management with clear recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Set and uphold high-quality ISOD customer service standards that build satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor ISOD service operations, identify opportunities, and lead service excellence initiatives.
  • Resolve customer and inter-company concerns quickly, effectively, and with sound judgment.
  • Introduce value-added services and represent ISOD in cross-border forums.
  • Travel as required.
  • Other duties and project work as required.
