About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens within the store. This role builds and leads a team through ongoing coaching, sets high standards for customer service, maintains product quality, supports local marketing and community involvement, and ensures operational excellence. The General Manager must model and follow all policies and procedures and hold the team to the same standards. The position requires consistently working 40 or more hours per week, with flexible hours that include nights and weekends. It is a salaried position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store-ready AM4 as a replacement.
• Demonstrated high-volume mentality and experience supervising in a store that exceeds all RPM Service Standards.
• Must pass all background and drug tests.
• Proficient math and technology skills.
• Track record of training team members in product, service, and image.
• Become Food Safety certified as required by area.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product, service, and image standards are upheld daily.
• Work 40 or more hours per week, including flexible hours and nights and weekends.
