About The Position

As an RPM Delivery Driver, you represent RPM and Domino’s to customers, often as the first or only team member they meet. You deliver products safely and efficiently, provide friendly customer service, and help create a positive customer experience. The role may also involve other store operations, including making products, tending the oven, and operating store equipment. It is a variable-hour position, with hours varying from week to week, and tips are paid daily.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Have strong communication and verbal skills.
• Have basic math skills to count change.
• Be outgoing and have a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Be able to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products in your vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Represent the brand professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Safely deliver pizzas while creating a pleasant customer experience.
• Help make products to the required standards and operate store equipment, including tending the oven.
• Develop and use organizational, inventory, time-management, multitasking, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Use advanced equipment and take ownership of resolving problems.
