General Liability Attorney
About The Position
Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in the Boise, Idaho office. The practice represents businesses and individuals, including insured and self-insured clients, in property and personal injury claims and other general liability matters. The group handles catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation, and its attorneys have broad trial experience. The firm is also interested in developing talented attorneys with strong litigation skills, including those whose experience is in litigation areas other than insurance defense.
Requirements
- Admission to the Idaho Bar is required.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
- Substantive litigation experience; the firm is open to attorneys with experience in litigation areas beyond insurance defense.
