About The Position

Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice in its Las Vegas, Nevada office. The practice includes more than 600 attorneys nationwide and represents businesses and individuals, including insured and self-insured clients, in significant-exposure general liability matters involving property and personal injury claims. The team focuses particularly on litigation and trials involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation. Its partners and senior associates are experienced trial attorneys, and the practice has received notable recognition for defense verdicts. The firm is also interested in developing talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena. Candidates with substantive litigation experience who are seeking an opportunity in a growing, collaborative firm are invited to apply. Requirements

Admission to the Nevada Bar is required.
At least 2 years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Strong research and writing skills.

Nice To Haves

Insurance defense experience is preferred; the firm is also interested in attorneys with substantive litigation experience in other arenas.

Responsibilities
