About The Position

The Phoenix, Arizona office of Lewis Brisbois is seeking an attorney to join its General Liability Practice. The practice includes more than 600 attorneys nationwide and represents insured and self-insured businesses and individuals in property and personal injury claims. The group handles a wide range of matters and focuses on litigation and trial work involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation. Its partners and senior associates are experienced trial attorneys, and the practice has received notable recognition for defense verdicts. The firm is interested in candidates with insurance defense experience as well as developing attorneys with substantive litigation experience and strong skills in another litigation area. Requirements

Admission to the Arizona Bar is required.
Strong research and writing skills.
Two to fifteen years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
Substantive litigation experience.
