About The Position

This position is responsible for safely operating food manufacturing equipment, ensuring formulas are accurate, and completing required paperwork. The role includes meeting production goals, maintaining product quality, following food-safety and workplace-safety procedures, and helping train other team members. The position is identified as a night-shift role; a flexible or off-shift schedule is also required.

Requirements

• High school education or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and write English at an 8th-grade level.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work a flexible or off-shift schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work from heights.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school education or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate specific equipment within a designated area.
• Meet daily production goals and requirements.
• Maintain product quality and adjust equipment as necessary.
• Ensure weights and formulas are accurate.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Follow GMPs, CCPs, and QCPs at all times.
• Immediately report food-safety or maintenance concerns to appropriate team leaders.
• Train and instruct other team members in proper equipment operation.
• Adhere to all safe-work practices and rules.
