General Assembler
About The Position
The General Assembler works in Vertiv’s manufacturing operations in Ironton, Ohio, building and assembling mechanical components and systems. The work involves high-performance motors and blower systems, sheet metal components, mechanical assemblies, and insulation and panel systems. Assemblers use pneumatic equipment, precision hand tools, and assembly equipment while helping maintain product quality and team efficiency. The role offers a repeating 14-day schedule: four days on, three days off, three days on, and four days off, for seven workdays in each 14-day period. It is a day-shift position.
