About The Position

You will be trained to support the preparation and assembly of pharmaceutical ingredients and medical devices, contributing directly to products that improve and save lives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 4 months’ work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic English literacy (read, write, understand)
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to complete assigned training and follow established guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating manufacturing equipment, tools, and pallet jacks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Perform production tasks related to the manufacture of pharmaceutical products and medical devices under direct supervision
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and standard operating procedures to ensure quality and compliance
- Safely transport materials of varying weights using manual and powered equipment
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment while consistently using required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Identify and report safety hazards, spills, or near misses promptly
- Participate in required regulatory and operator training programs
- Support environmental responsibility by recognizing and escalating environmental issues as they arise
- Be available for overtime and additional assignments as needed
- Seek opportunities to improve products, processes, and efficiency
