Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum four months of manufacturing experience.
Basic English literacy for reading and following instructions.
Ability to safely use manufacturing tools and material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Nice To Haves

Problem-solving skills.
Experience with hand tools or pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

Train and operate manufacturing equipment for the preparation and assembly of pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and medical devices.
Adhere strictly to GMPs and standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
Safely handle and transport materials using provided equipment in line with established safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and monitor safety procedures for yourself and team members.
Take proactive responsibility for identifying and reporting environmental or safety hazards.
Complete all regulatory and operator training programs as assigned.
Remain flexible to work overtime and support other projects or assignments as needed.
Contribute ideas to improve products, services, systems, and processes for continuous improvement.
