About The Position

Join BD Pharmaceutical Company as an Assembler 1, General and help advance our mission of improving global health. As a key member of our production team, you’ll play an essential role in manufacturing medical devices and pharmaceutical products that make a real difference. This is a contractor position on the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm) with a competitive hourly rate and hands-on training. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to read, write, and understand Basic English (preferred)
Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow strict safety protocols
Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

Experience using manufacturing equipment, tools, or pallet jacks
Strong problem-solving skills
Basic English language proficiency

Responsibilities

Learn and execute production processes under direct supervision and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Operate manufacturing equipment and handle materials safely according to company and regulatory standards
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and quality requirements (FDA, OSHA, ISO14001)
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and identify, report, and respond to any hazards, spills, or incidents
Complete all required regulatory and operator training programs
Take on additional projects or assignments as requested by management
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for products, services, and processes
