Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 4 months of manufacturing experience
- Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed procedures
- Commitment to safety and quality
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing equipment operation
- Hand tool and pallet jack experience
- Basic problem-solving ability
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute production processes under direct supervision
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment within assigned area
- Adhere strictly to GMPs and standard operating procedures
- Safely transport materials using appropriate equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety guidelines
- Wear personal protective equipment and respond to workplace hazards
- Complete all required regulatory and operator training
- Identify and report environmental issues promptly
- Assist with additional tasks or improvement projects as assigned
- Be available for overtime as needed
