Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 4 months experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read, write, and understand basic English
Basic skills in using manufacturing equipment and hand/pallet jacks

Responsibilities

Train and perform assembly tasks related to manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices under direct supervision
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures and safety regulations
Follow GMP guidelines to ensure product quality and compliance with FDA and OSHA standards
Transport materials safely using material handling equipment as required
Maintain a clean and organized work environment; report and address safety or environmental hazards promptly
Wear appropriate PPE and ensure proper labeling and storage of chemicals
Complete all required regulatory and operator training programs
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance products and processes
Be available for overtime and additional assignments as needed
