About The Position

Join the manufacturing team as an Assembler, assembling critical components and sub-assemblies used in the production of equipment. The role takes place in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Competitive pay is offered, with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts. Required training includes Wiring Certification training.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions and safety procedures.
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and complete required training.
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push units on a conveyor system.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to frequently kneel, crawl, stoop, and bend.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble blowers, fans, motors, and other sub-assemblies.
• Install blowers, fans, motors, and assemblies into production units.
• Install insulation into metal panels and complete panel installation.
• Assemble sheet metal components and related parts.
• Use hand and power tools to perform assembly work.
• Follow manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
• Complete Wiring Certification training as required.
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
