About The Position

Nesco Resource is seeking a dedicated Brazer to join its manufacturing team in Ironton. The role involves working with refrigeration components and systems to build high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment. Competitive pay is offered, with an additional shift differential available for overnight shifts.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to push units weighing up to 50 pounds on a conveyor system.
• Comfort working around natural gas, acetylene, oxygen, and nitrogen in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Braze hard and soft copper lines with precision and attention to detail.
• Assemble shell-and-tube condensers and threaded pipe systems.
• Assist with refrigeration system assembly as needed.
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
• Work safely with materials and equipment while maintaining quality standards.
