About The Position
API Heat Transfer’s General Thermodynamics is seeking a dependable, quality-focused Brazer to join its manufacturing team in Franklin, Wisconsin. The role involves hands-on work assembling and preparing heat exchanger components and performing brazing operations according to work instructions and quality standards. The Brazer inspects products, follows production documentation, works safely toward production goals, and supports continuous improvement and teamwork. The position is full-time, with a schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime is available based on business needs.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production environment.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, assembly, brazing, welding, or fabrication experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare heat exchanger components for brazing operations.
- Perform brazing activities in accordance with work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Read and follow blueprints, manufacturing drawings, and production documentation.
- Work safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
- Support continuous improvement and teamwork initiatives.
