About The Position

Join Lehigh Valley Health Network’s nationally recognized anesthesiology team, providing innovative, high-acuity care in a growing, collaborative environment with more than 150 CRNAs and more than 70 anesthesiologists. The practice offers opportunities across cardiovascular and thoracic, neuro, obstetric and pediatric, orthopedic and regional anesthesia, critical care, perioperative medicine, and solid organ transplant anesthesia.

Clinicians may teach residents and fellows through the anesthesiology residency program beginning Summer 2026, participate in research and system-wide quality improvement initiatives, and pursue subspecialty or facility-level leadership roles. LVHN is part of Jefferson Health, providing clinicians with additional educational and development opportunities at Thomas Jefferson University across the larger service area.

Requirements

• Passion for clinical work that positively impacts patient care, safety, and experience.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology.
• A valid Pennsylvania Medical License or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver anesthesiology care, including opportunities to provide high-acuity care across subspecialties.
• Teach residents and fellows through the anesthesiology residency program.
• Participate in research initiatives and system-wide quality improvement efforts.
• Pursue subspecialty and facility-level leadership opportunities.
