About The Position
Duly Health and Care is seeking an Anesthesiologist in Oak Brook who is committed to empowering health and elevating patient care while pursuing innovative solutions with the care team. The role offers a strong internal referral network and collaboration with Anesthesia colleagues and more than 1,000 Duly providers. The position provides flexible scheduling with 36 patient hours per week. Duly’s physician-led model supports physician-directed medicine, individualized evidence-based care, physician governance, and opportunities for physicians to buy into the practice, with governance rights, voting privileges, and potential long-term financial value. The anticipated base compensation range is $500,000–$700,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position may also be eligible for productivity and sign-on bonuses, loan repayment assistance, a catalyst training stipend, and a relocation bonus, with total target cash compensation potentially ranging from $650,000–$850,000.
