About The Position

St. Moritz Security Services, Inc. is seeking a professional Gatehouse & Patrol Security Officer to provide security services at a luxury residential community in Bonita Springs, Florida. The position combines gatehouse access control with routine security patrols and requires a professional, customer-service-focused approach when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.

The role is part-time, with 20 hours per week. The listed schedule is Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Travel is not required.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Security D License required.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Staff the community gatehouse and monitor access.
• Verify residents, guests, vendors, and other authorized visitors.
• Conduct routine security patrols throughout the community.
• Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to residents and guests.
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and incidents.
• Follow all company and client policies and procedures.
