About The Position

Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station, including opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with transactions and payments, and complying with safety, environmental, and security standards. The position requires availability from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and weekends. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function. Team members may also work in other departments as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assist members with gas station transactions while ensuring the safety of people, property, and the environment.
• Monitor gas station sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting, generate reports, complete checklist procedures, and document and address identified issues.
• Accurately perform opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel deliveries and complete required preparation procedures.
• Follow safety, environmental, and security standards; understand station safety and security features; and inform management and the help desk about alarms.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including cash deposits, verification, documentation, and control procedures.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted gas prices and club signage match POS pricing.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled-material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log visitors and verify proper ID before allowing anyone into the kiosk area; notify the corporate office about non-routine maintenance vendor visits.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support club policies, procedures, and compliance; act with honesty and integrity; promote a safe, inclusive, and positive environment; and collaborate to achieve team goals.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and meet daily GOLD Member Standards.
• Help maintain club standards, including stocked items, promotional plans, accurate signage, cleanliness, and organization.
• Understand how to access and read department production or financial reports and how consistent execution affects business results.
