About The Position

Responsible for the daily operation of the gas station. Duties include completing opening and closing procedures, monitoring and maintaining equipment, assisting members with transactions and payments, and complying with safety, environmental, and security standards. The role also involves supporting member service, maintaining cleanliness, monitoring reporting, handling cash procedures, overseeing fuel deliveries, and following spill response procedures. Team members may be assigned other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service and assist members with gas station transactions.
• Promote the safety of people, property, and the environment during transactions.
• Monitor sales transactions and handle cash transactions when applicable.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and perform custodial duties as needed.
• Monitor gas station reporting, ensure reports are generated, complete checklists, and document and address issues.
• Accurately complete opening and closing procedures.
• Regularly monitor and maintain gas station equipment.
• Oversee fuel deliveries and perform required preparation procedures.
• Follow gas station safety, environmental, and security standards; inform management and the help desk when alarms are present.
• Perform cash drawer procedures, including deposits, verification, documentation, and controls.
• Conduct daily competitive price surveys and ensure posted prices and club signage match prices in the point-of-sale system.
• Follow spill bucket and spilled-material procedures, including immediate response and cleanup.
• Log visitors and verify proper identification before allowing access to the kiosk area.
• Notify the corporate office of non-routine maintenance vendor visits, including visits by weights and measures personnel, inspectors, and state employees.
• Follow club policies and procedures and perform other assigned duties, including work in other departments as needed.
• Support club standards, teamwork, inclusion, safety, and positive member experiences.
