About The Position

Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates at a local card room in Pompano Beach, Florida. This is a full-time position with a starting pay rate of $19 per hour and compensation of up to $21 per hour for working late-night hours. Complete scheduling flexibility is required, including availability for weekends and late-night shifts. The operation runs 24/7. Gaming Associates sit at live card table games to monitor play, verify payouts, calculate bonuses, and regulate game rules for games such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three-Card Poker. Associates are not dealers, but work alongside dealers and provide customer service by helping maintain a positive and professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. No casino experience is required; ongoing paid, comprehensive training is provided in gaming, leadership, and customer service.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a thorough background and credit check.
Professionalism, integrity, maturity, and respect in interactions.
Customer-service orientation and ability to maintain a positive, professional atmosphere.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Comfort with basic math, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication without a calculator.
Dependability and flexible availability for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
Ability to work as a team player.
No casino experience is required.
