Gaming Associate
About The Position
Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates to work at a local card room in Ebro, Florida. Gaming Associates monitor live casino card games by sitting at tables, verifying payouts, calculating bonuses, and regulating games such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three-Card Poker. They work alongside dealers and help maintain a positive, professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. No casino experience is required; ongoing paid training covers gaming, leadership, and customer service. The position is full-time, with complete scheduling flexibility required, including weekend and late-night availability. Pay is $17–$19 per hour, with the higher rate available for late-night work.
Requirements
- Professionalism, integrity, maturity, and respect in interactions.
- Customer-service orientation and ability to maintain a positive, professional gaming atmosphere.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Comfort with basic math, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication without a calculator.
- Dependable and flexible availability for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background and credit check.
- Ability to work as a team player.
