Gaming Associate
About The Position
Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates to work at a local card room in Pensacola, Florida. Gaming Associates sit at live card table games, monitor play, verify payouts, calculate bonuses, and help regulate games such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three-Card Poker. This is not a dealer position; Associates work alongside dealers and help maintain a positive, professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. No casino experience is required. The company provides ongoing paid, comprehensive training in gaming, leadership, and customer service. The role is full-time and requires complete scheduling flexibility, including weekend and late-night availability. Operations run 24/7.
Requirements
- Operate with integrity and handle interactions with maturity and respect.
- Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
- Have a positive attitude and be open to learning and taking on new challenges.
- Be comfortable with basic math, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication without a calculator.
- Have dependable, flexible availability for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be able to pass a thorough background and credit check.
- Be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live casino card games.
