Gaming Associate
About The Position
Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates to work at a local card room in Pompano Beach, Florida. Associates sit at live card table games to monitor casino games, verify payouts, calculate bonuses, and regulate game rules, including those for Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three-Card Poker. They work alongside dealers but do not deal, and help maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for guests and coworkers. No casino experience is required; the company provides ongoing paid, comprehensive training in gaming, leadership, and customer service. The role is full-time and requires complete scheduling flexibility, including weekend and late-night availability.
Requirements
- Professionalism, integrity, maturity, and respect in all interactions.
- Customer-service orientation and the ability to maintain a positive, professional gaming atmosphere.
- Positive attitude and openness to learning and taking on new challenges.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, and multiply without a calculator.
- Dependable, flexible availability for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a thorough background and credit check.
- Ability to work as a team player.
