About The Position

Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates to work at a local card room in Pensacola, Florida. Gaming Associates sit at live card table games, monitor play, verify payouts, calculate bonuses, and regulate game rules for games such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em and Three-Card Poker. They work alongside dealers and help maintain a positive, professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. No casino experience is required; the company provides ongoing paid, comprehensive training in gaming, leadership, and customer service. The role is full-time and requires complete scheduling flexibility, including weekend and late-night availability. Operations run 24/7.

Requirements

Operate with professionalism and integrity, handling interactions with maturity and respect.
Maintain a positive and professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers.
Bring a positive attitude and be open to learning and taking on new challenges.
Be comfortable with basic math, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication without a calculator.
Have dependable and flexible availability for afternoon, evening, late-night, and weekend shifts.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Pass a thorough background and credit check.
Work collaboratively as a team player.
