Games Attendant
About The Position
At Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment, Games Attendants work on the games floor, helping create memorable experiences for Guests. They learn the games and entertainment options, recommend activities and prizes based on Guest interests, monitor event activities and safety protocols, and assist Guests with prize redemption. The role includes monitoring attractions to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe; keeping games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked; answering Guest questions; performing minor repairs; and reporting equipment wear, damage, or other issues to the Technical Team. Games Attendants welcome and engage with Guests, uphold cleanliness and safety standards, and perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties. The posting offers a $250 sign-on bonus and lists a salary range of $7.25–$13.75. Qualifying Team Members may receive benefits and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
- Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
- Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
- Assist Guests with questions regarding point redemption.
- Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
- Partner with the Technical Team to report wear and tear or damage to games or equipment.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Welcome and engage with Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
- Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
- Make recommendations about games, entertainment options, and redemption prizes based on Guests’ interests and needs.
