About The Position

Games Attendants work on Main Event’s games floor, engaging with Guests and helping create memorable experiences. They learn about the venue’s games and entertainment options, recommend activities based on Guests’ interests and needs, monitor activities and safety, and assist Guests with prize redemption. The role also includes keeping games and prize areas clean and stocked, performing minor repairs, reporting equipment issues, and completing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional service and create memorable Guest experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions about point redemption and make redemption suggestions.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Partner with the Technical Team to report wear and tear or damage to games and equipment.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
