About The Position
At Main Event, Games Attendants work on the games floor and help create fun experiences for Guests. They learn about the games and entertainment options and recommend activities based on Guests’ interests and needs. They monitor activities, follow safety protocols, and offer redemption suggestions to help Guests choose prizes. The role includes keeping games and attractions clean, stocked, and safe; helping Guests with point redemption; performing minor repairs; reporting equipment wear and damage to the Technical Team; and completing opening, mid-day, or closing duties. Games Attendants welcome and engage with Guests and serve as ambassadors of fun.
Requirements
- A Guest-focused mindset.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
- Provide exceptional service and create memorable Guest experiences.
- Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
- Assist Guests with questions about point redemption and make redemption suggestions.
- Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
- Partner with the Technical Team to report wear, tear, and damage to games or equipment.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Welcome and engage with Guests as an ambassador of fun.
- Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
