About The Position

At Triple Shift Entertainment, the Games Attendant is expected to embrace the core values of Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence while helping create a safe, fun-filled, and exciting environment for guests in the front-of-house area. The role assists patrons at the amusement facility by explaining how games operate, responding to questions and complaints, and helping ensure that guests can enjoy the Arcade and its prize offerings.

The Games Attendant monitors the Arcade for safety and order, reports machine errors to venue management or maintenance, and handles guest credits or refunds when defective machines cause lost money. The position also supports accurate sales transactions, maintains a clean and safe guest area, and conducts redemption inventory to keep displays fully stocked. Additional duties may be assigned as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about facility amenities, entertainment options, rules, and regulations.
• Greet guests and respond in a friendly, positive manner with a sense of urgency.
• Explain the operation of games to guests and develop a strong understanding of Arcade games and prize assortments.
• Monitor the Arcade to help ensure a safe environment for guests of all ages and maintain order among patrons.
• Report machine errors or defects to venue management or maintenance, place out-of-order signs on defective machines, and return credits or money to guests when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable guest area.
• Process sales transactions accurately and make change.
• Conduct redemption inventory and keep displays fully stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
