About The Position

At Main Event, Games Attendants work on the games floor, welcoming and engaging Guests and helping create memorable experiences. They learn the games and entertainment options and recommend activities based on Guest interests and needs. They monitor activities and safety protocols, assist Guests with point redemption, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards. The role also includes stocking games and Winner’s Choice, performing minor repairs, reporting equipment wear or damage to the Technical Team, and completing opening, mid-day, or closing duties.

Requirements

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage with Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
• Provide exceptional service to create memorable Guest experiences.
• Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
• Assist Guests with questions about point redemption.
• Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
• Partner with the Technical Team to report wear, damage, or other issues with games and equipment.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
