Games Attendant
About The Position
At Main Event, Games Attendants work on the games floor, helping create fun experiences for Guests. They learn the games and entertainment options and recommend activities based on Guests’ interests and needs. They monitor activities and safety, keep games and redemption areas clean and stocked, and assist Guests with questions about point redemption. The role also involves minor game and equipment repairs, reporting damage or wear to the Technical Team, and completing opening, mid-day, or closing duties. Games Attendants are expected to uphold cleanliness and safety standards and welcome and engage with Guests as ambassadors of FUN.
Requirements

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
- Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities
- Monitor activities including Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean, and safe.
- Create memorable experiences by providing exceptional service.
- Keep games and Winner’s Choice clean and stocked.
- Assist Guests with questions about point redemption.
- Perform minor repairs to games and laser tag vests.
- Partner with the Technical Team to report wear and tear or damage to games and equipment.
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Welcome and engage with Guests as an ambassador of FUN.
- Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties.
- Recommend games and entertainment options based on Guests’ interests and needs.
