About The Position

Anduril is hiring a specialized Contract G&A Recruiter to attract and hire talent across legal, regulatory, compliance, real estate, and facilities functions. This hands-on recruiter will support the company’s growth by managing the G&A recruiting lifecycle and partnering directly with Real Estate and Facilities leadership on high-priority hiring needs. The role involves building talent pipelines, evaluating candidates, advising leaders, and representing Anduril’s business model and mission to prospective hires. The position is hybrid in Costa Mesa, California, for an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months. Conversion to full-time employment may be possible based on performance, impact, and business need.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct, full-cycle recruiting experience focused on G&A roles, with meaningful exposure to real estate, workplace, or facilities hiring.
• Experience evaluating competencies across G&A functions, including legal credentialing, regulatory and compliance expertise, commercial lease and portfolio management, facilities operations, and vendor management.
• Experience managing strategic relationships with legal, real estate, and facilities leaders, calibrating candidate profiles, and reporting on pipelines.
• Experience advising leadership on market conditions, G&A talent availability, and candidate compensation expectations.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to evaluate candidate motivations and cultural fit in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Ability to adapt sourcing strategies between corporate and office-based roles and hands-on, site- and field-based operations.
• Highly autonomous and collaborative approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, mission-critical environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting experience in defense technology, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
• General understanding of federal security clearances, including Secret and TS/SCI, and their effects on hiring timelines.
• Track record of filling senior or leadership-level roles in legal, real estate, or facilities teams.
• Active connections to professional legal, real estate, or facilities management communities.
• Experience in an agency or high-growth startup environment with a fast-moving engineering or manufacturing culture.
• Multiple years of experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment, particularly one with a strong product or engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of G&A candidates, including real estate managers, lease administrators, facilities leaders, and facilities or maintenance technicians.
• Source passive G&A talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, SOBO campaigns, professional networks, and associations such as ACC, CoreNet Global, and IFMA.
• Partner with Real Estate and Facilities leadership to define role requirements and develop compelling value propositions.
• Build diverse talent pipelines and provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and clearly explain its business model, manufacturing scale, and operational organization to candidates.
• Use internal resources and market insights to develop strategic outreach campaigns for G&A talent.
• Manage strategic relationships with legal, real estate, and facilities leaders, calibrate candidate profiles, and provide pipeline reporting.
• Advise leadership on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate compensation expectations.
