About The Position

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you help bring customers’ furniture purchases to life. You inspect, wrap, and load the truck to protect each order, then deliver and assemble furniture in customers’ homes. You may perform minor touchups and place each piece where the customer wants it. The role is the final step in the customer experience and requires care, craftsmanship, and courtesy. Raymour & Flanigan supports a drug- and smoke-free work environment. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a qualified driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
• Experience operating a 24–26 ft. straight/box truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during customer interactions, including challenging moments.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
