About The Position

WG&R Furniture is hiring a Furniture Delivery Driver Trainee in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As part of a two-person crew, you will deliver furniture and bedding throughout Northeast Wisconsin, load and carry items, and set up furniture in customers’ homes. You will protect customers’ homes and products while providing a positive delivery experience. Training is provided, and the role offers an opportunity to advance to Delivery Driver with a higher pay scale. No CDL or prior delivery experience is required.

Requirements

Have a valid driver’s license; a CDL is not required.
Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in the past three years.
Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to regularly lift up to 100 pounds with a partner and carry furniture up and down stairs.
Be comfortable working with customers and representing the organization.
Take pride in doing things right and paying attention to details.
