About The Position
This role is for an ambitious professional who strives to hit their goals in consultative sales. The company provides qualified leads, community connections, and marketing resources to support the sales efforts. The position involves connecting with clients to plan their final wishes and provide peace of mind for their loved ones. The company is a leading national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance industry, partnering with funeral homes to implement a lead generation and marketing system called Proactive Preneed. The goal is to help families prearrange and put into place intentional plans to help them begin healing at the time of loss.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
