About The Position
C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Homes & Crematory is seeking an ambitious professional to join their team as a Funeral Sales Representative. Precoa, the leading national sales and marketing company within the preneed insurance industry, partners with premier funeral homes to implement a lead generation and marketing system called Proactive Preneed. Their goal is to help families prearrange their final wishes to aid in the healing process at the time of loss.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- Strong interpersonal sales abilities, listening skills and relationship development skills
- Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments
- Excellent listening and persuasion skills, lead generation, and networking abilities
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years consultative sales experience is a bonus!
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
