About The Position

Busch Funeral and Crematory Services is seeking a seasoned sales professional to build and grow a territory in Cleveland, Ohio. The representative meets with families through qualified, pre-set appointments and helps them plan final wishes, providing peace of mind for their loved ones. A dedicated team of more than 50 agents sets appointments and gathers client insights, allowing the representative to focus on consultations and closing rather than cold calling. Precoa field management provides organizational tools, mentorship, and coaching. Community education programs and local referral marketing resources are available at no cost. Compensation is performance-based, with typical annual earnings of approximately $80,000–$85,000 and no earning cap.

Requirements

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.
• Excellent listening and persuasion skills.
• Lead-generation and networking abilities.
