About The Position

Rader Funeral Home is seeking a part-time Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) in Henderson, TX. This role offers the opportunity to own your community, set your own hours, and earn uncapped commission. You will grow your own book of business with a dedicated field manager providing support. The position involves running an aftercare program across Rader's Henderson and Longview locations, leading community education programs, making home visits, and following up on past funeral home files. Approximate part-time earnings range from $20,000-$40,000 annually, with no earning cap. The role leverages the trusted Rader name in Henderson, a close-knit East Texas town, and provides coaching and mentoring from a Precoa field manager. A life insurance license is required or the ability to obtain one.

Requirements

• Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 2-5+ years of consultative sales experience is helpful
• Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the discipline to manage your own schedule
