Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) - Rader Funeral Home
About The Position
As a part-time Funeral Sales Representative (Outside Sales) in Henderson, TX, you'll grow your own book of business with uncapped commission and a dedicated field manager behind you. You'll set a part-time schedule that works for you, with no shifts or clock-ins. You will run your own aftercare program across Rader's Henderson and Longview locations. You'll also lead community education programs, make home visits, and follow up on past funeral home files. Approximate part-time earnings run $20,000-40,000 annually, with no cap on what you can build beyond that. The more you invest in local relationships, the more it pays off! Henderson is a close-knit East Texas town where reputation matters, and Rader's staff will help you make those local connections count! Your dedicated Precoa field manager provides hands-on mentorship, tools, and coaching. A life insurance license (or the drive to earn one) gives you credentials you'll use for the rest of your career.
Requirements
- Current life insurance license or ability to obtain one
- 2-5+ years of consultative sales experience is helpful
- Strong prospecting, networking, and relationship-building skills
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the discipline to manage your own schedule
