Digineox Recruiting•Houston, TX

About The Position

Digineox is hiring Functional Consultants across four tracks: Terminal Operations; Finance & Accounting Systems; Procurement & Supply Chain; and Enterprise Applications & Project Delivery. Candidates need depth in one track, not all four. The role combines business analysis, process improvement and project delivery to help energy and industrial clients improve margins, drive growth and reduce risk, from requirements through go-live. The work includes understanding business problems, analyzing current processes, designing practical improvements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting requirements and functional designs, configuring and supporting applications, coordinating with technical teams and software providers, and managing project activities. Consultants also support testing, training, cutover and user adoption. Locations and arrangements vary by track. Terminal Operations roles are in Texas or Latin America and require fluent Spanish. Finance & Accounting Systems roles are in Texas, including Houston hybrid or remote within Texas. Procurement & Supply Chain and Enterprise Applications & Project Delivery roles may be based in Texas or remote internationally. Full-time or contract arrangements are offered for the tracks where specified; international engagement arrangements depend on location.
