Mound - Full Time Nanny Needed
About The Position
Mound Family Needs Full Time Nanny! This position involves caring for 2 children ages 6 and 4, providing approximately 30-40 hours per week with a guaranteed minimum of 35 hours. The schedule is primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional ad-hoc weeknights or weekends. The salary offered is $24-$29 per hour, depending on experience and education. The ideal candidate will align with the family's core values of integrity, grit, loyalty, and lifelong learning, and will be a natural self-starter who balances structured care with room for children to make choices and grow. Open and honest communication is essential as Dad works from home a couple of days a week and travels occasionally, while Mom works about 4 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Childcare & Enrichment: Dive into daily outdoor adventures, plan engaging activities, foster independence, and manage hygiene and bathing routines using gentle, consistent parenting frameworks like 1-2-3 Magic.
- Household Support: Prepare nutritious children's and family meals, handle family and children's laundry, tackle light housekeeping, vacuuming, and tidying.
- Errands & Pet Care: Run household errands, handle grocery shopping, and pitch in with loving care for Nola, our 3 year old English black lab.
