About The Position

Millennium Print Group is seeking a Fulfillment Team Lead to support daily fulfillment operations at its Raleigh, North Carolina location. This onsite role works an overnight schedule on a 2/2/3/2 rotation. The Team Lead mentors and supports team members and helps ensure products and materials move through fulfillment accurately and on time. The role also supports operational improvements, administrative activities, and compliance with company policies, quality standards, safety procedures, and ISO requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and electronic systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a lead or team leader.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily fulfillment operations.
• Mentor, train, and onboard team members.
• Ensure products and materials are received and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor workflow and escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Partner with leadership to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support scheduling, reporting, attendance tracking, and administrative activities.
• Promote a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
• Support problem resolution and take accountability for daily operations and team success.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and fulfillment performance.
