About The Position

The Fulfillment Specialist delivers inventory solutions to customer sites on a local route. The role includes making deliveries, replenishing managed inventory programs, maintaining vending equipment, and interacting with customers. The position is based at the Fastenal branch at 555 W 48th Ave, Denver, CO 80216, and is full-time with a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
• Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Have proficient computer skills.
• Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

• Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and sometimes up to 75 pounds.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam only).
• Pass a sex offender registry check required by a customer or contract serviced by this location.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
• Replenish and perform general maintenance of vending equipment.
• Interact with customers while making deliveries.
• Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
