About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist works from Fastenal’s Leesburg, Florida branch and services customer sites on a local route. The role delivers and replenishes inventory, manages Fastenal’s vending program, maintains vending equipment, and interacts with customers while fulfilling their needs. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., for up to 28 hours per week. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training to help employees develop the knowledge and skills needed to perform the role and grow with the company. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet driving-record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritization abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Be able to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen, where applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
