About The Position

The part-time Fulfillment Specialist works from Fastenal’s branch at 163 Business Park Dr, Lebanon, Tennessee, and services customers on a local route. The role focuses on delivering inventory solutions, replenishing managed inventory programs, and maintaining vending equipment. The position involves customer interaction, deliveries using a company vehicle, and placing and fulfilling orders at customer sites. Training includes on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual learning opportunities intended to build the knowledge and skills needed for the role and future growth within the company.

Requirements

Be 18 years of age or older.
Have a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including completion of any applicable graduated license program, and meet driving-record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Work independently and in a team environment.

Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages typically weighing 25–50 pounds and potentially up to 75 pounds.
Pass the required drug screen where applicable in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
Pass a background check required by a customer or contract serviced by this location.
