About The Position

The Part-time Fulfillment Specialist delivers inventory solutions and manages Fastenal’s vending program on a local customer route. The role involves making deliveries, replenishing managed inventory programs, maintaining vending equipment, and addressing customer needs at their sites. This position is based at Fastenal’s branch at 1101 Broadway Ave, Yankton, SD 57078, and is scheduled for 10–28 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Fastenal provides on-the-job, online, instructor-led classroom, and virtual training to help employees develop the knowledge and skills needed for their role and future growth. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Hold a current, full, valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, including successful completion of any applicable graduated licensing program, and meet company driving-record requirements to use a company vehicle as needed.
Have proficient written and oral communication skills.
Have proficient computer skills.
Be able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
Be highly motivated, self-directed, and customer-service-oriented.
Demonstrate attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
