This position coordinates the activities to support the order fulfillment process; researches and resolves issues relating to customer service between the RDC (regional distribution center) and OPCOs (operating company). The scope of responsibility also includes resolving issues related to product integrity and shelf life quality inbound to the RDC facilities and also outbound to the operating companies in the region. The position requires establishing and maintaining working relationships with customers, suppliers and other agencies that enforce compliance on any number of product-related issues with an emphasis on product recalls. The associate must possess excellent customer relations management skills.
