In this role, you will be at the heart of Chewy’s mission to delight and surprise our customers with personalized packages, from care kits to hand-wrapped gifts. With multiple layers of customization required for each package, this position demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with U.S. postal abbreviations and mailing processes.
• Ability to operate standard office and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, labeling, gift-wrapping, and shipping orders with precision.
• Operate standard office and warehouse equipment, such as printers, scanners, laminators, and desktop computers.
• Maintain high standards of quality and speed to ensure every package exceeds customer expectations.
• Format, import, and export Excel files between Oracle and ShipStation to ensure seamless data integration.
• Log and organize shipment data across multiple systems, tying packages to the correct customer records.
• Fulfill and manage orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the delivery process.
• Uphold Chewy’s commitment to personalization by hand-wrapping gifts and tailoring each package to customer needs.
